I want to take a moment to acknowledge how heavy this season has been. Many of us are carrying fear, grief, uncertainty, and exhaustion as our community navigates profound hardship. These are not easy times, and no one should have to hold it all alone.
In response, we are committing to deeper collective care. Twenty percent (20%) of all private sessions will be donated directly to mutual aid, supporting neighbors who are facing housing instability, legal challenges, and urgent needs. This is one way we are choosing to show up, by circulating care where it’s needed most.
I'm also inviting you to join us for a Community Fundraiser Sound Bath, a space to rest, breathe, and gently regulate your nervous system while supporting others. This gathering is 100% donation-based, pay what you can, with all proceeds going directly to community members in need through rent relief and legal support.
Right now, self-care is not a luxury, it’s essential. Tending to our nervous systems helps us stay grounded, connected, and resilient in the face of ongoing stress.
